For 20+ years I have always dreamed of owning a Gretsch, mainly the White Falcon. But recently something happened that may have killed my desire for a Gretsch. My main guitar, my baby, is a Hagstrom Viking 1N. Hagstrom was a Swedish company known for the worlds "fastest" necks. The guitars were nicely priced, and were unique in every single way. EVERYBODY that has ever played my guitar has fallen in love with her.

The company went out of business in '81 and the guitars became a collectors item, but one that never got crazy in resale prices due to many people not knowing how great they are, and thanks to every goof out there wanting Gibson and Fender, or Gretsch and Guild for hollow-bodies.

But then recently Hagstrom returned!!!
